Our team today had the pleasure of facilitating a dynamic, day-long workshop focused on Empathizing, Journey Mapping, and Ideation with a fantastic group of participants. This diverse group included Members of Parliament, parliamentary staff, and representatives from several CSOs (Civil Society Organizations).
The workshop’s goal was to collaboratively design a Parliament-CSO Engagement Protocol that fosters stronger, more user-centered communication between these two crucial entities. The energy in the room was truly inspiring! Participants actively engaged in discussions shared valuable insights, and brought interesting stories of experience to the table. We are excited that this collaborative spirit has already set a positive tone for future engagements.
