The Center for Local Governance and Research (CLG) yesterday signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Department of Local Governance (DLG), Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs and Helvetas Swiss Inter-cooperation, Bhutan.

l provide capacity development building program to local government functionaries under Decentralization and Local Governance Project supported by Helvetas Swiss Inter-cooperation.
